CONCRETE BLOCK PRODUCTION
In the dosing and mixing installations, the various raw materials are processed into concrete, after which the concrete is applied in the form and pressed into concrete blocks by means of vibrations.
A special surface character can be created with the help of different surface treatment devices.

CURBSTONE PRODUCTION
The various raw materials are processed into concrete in the dosing and mixing plant (1).
Subsequently, the concrete is transported (2) to the curbstone press (3) where the concrete is applied in the form and is formed into a curbstone by means of pressure.
Finally, the fresh curbstones are automatically placed on pallets with the aid of a vacuum device and transported to the delivery position via a conveyor belt (4).
CONCRETE SLAB PRODUCTION
The UNI 2000 slab press from Masa is the heart of every factory for the production of concrete slabs.
